Job summary

Hand & Stone Virginia and Maryland is seeking a CEU-certified trainer to develop and train our team of over 50 massage therapists. The trainer will ensure therapists attending trainings receive CEU credits while expanding skills across modalities such as Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Oncology, Sports, and more.

Qualifications

• Must be CEU certified to award CEU credits for attending therapists.
• Experience training a large team (50+ therapists) across multiple locations.
• Ability to design, deliver, and refresh training curricula and modalities.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive trainer programs for our therapists.
• Deliver hands-on training sessions and workshops across modalities.
• Mentor therapists and offer ongoing professional development guidance.
• Track trainee progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

We are looking for a CEU certified trainer to develop and train our team of over 50 massage therapist. It is very important that you are CEU certified so that therapists that attend your training receive ceu credits.
