Job summary

Hand & Stone Hollywood is seeking licensed massage therapists to join our team. We offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus for full-time and $900 for part-time, with total earnings ranging from $40–$60 per hour (service pay plus enhancements and tips).

Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with evenings and weekends required. We provide paid onboarding, ongoing training, and a supporting team in a busy spa environment.

Qualifications

• Active Florida massage license (MA) required.
• Professional liability insurance required.
• At least 1 year of paid massage experience.
• Ability to perform back-to-back 50- and 80-minute massages.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide massage services to clients according to treatment plans.
• Upsell enhancements like hot stone, Himalayan salt stone, CBD, cupping, and aromatherapy.
• Maintain client rebooking and memberships to encourage repeat visits.
• Work evenings and weekends as part of the schedule.
