Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various massage techniques and be comfortable working in a collaborative, patient-focused healthcare environment. The position offers competitive compensation and flexible scheduling options.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide therapeutic massage treatments tailored to individual patient needs.
2. Work in conjunction with chiropractors, physical therapists, and acupuncturists to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
3. Educate patients on the benefits of massage therapy and provide self-care recommendations.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
5. Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment.
6. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and professional standards.

Qualifications:

1. Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of California.
2. 1-3 years of hands-on experience preferred.
3. Proficiency in multiple massage techniques, including deep tissue, sports massage, and myofascial release.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation:

$25-$30 per patient per hour. Minimum wage for office hours when not seeing patients. Pay range: $25 to $50 per hour based on experience and performance.
