Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Palm Harbor, FL is hiring a Licensed Massage Therapist. Requires an active FL license and liability insurance. The role offers full- and part-time opportunities with a sign-on bonus up to $1,000.

Qualifications

• Active Florida massage license in good standing.
• Carrying massage liability insurance is required.
• Excellent communication with clients, management and staff.
• Knowledge of Swedish Massage required.
• Knowledge of other modalities is a plus; training is provided.
• Belief in the healing benefits of massage therapy.

Responsibilities

• Design treatment plans based on client needs.
• Create a great guest experience with a friendly attitude.
• Promote memberships and referrals to grow clientele.
• Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and spaces.

Job Responsibilities

• Design specific treatment plans based on client’s individual needs.
• Create an excellent experience for members/guests through a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Generate new clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships.
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.

Job Requirements

• Active FL massage license, in good standing
• Carry massage liability insurance.
• Be able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Knowledge of Swedish Massage required.
• Knowledge of other various modalities preferred (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, Deep Tissue), but not required. Hand and Stone offer training in all modalities to our team members!
• Understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.
