Job summary

You will provide high-quality massage services aligned with treatment plans developed with chiropractic providers, conduct intake assessments, and address pain, stress, and mobility concerns.

You will document notes, collaborate with chiropractors, maintain a clean environment, educate clients on self-care, and participate in occasional clinic events.

Qualifications

• Licensed Massage Therapist with current Michigan license or eligibility.
• Proficient in Therapeutic Massage and Body Massage techniques.
• Experience with Shiatsu and other evidence-informed modalities.
• Strong customer service, clear communication, empathy, and professionalism.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and massage contraindications; commitment to safe practice.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary healthcare team and follow treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client intake assessments.
• Perform massage techniques addressing pain, stress, and mobility.
• Document treatment notes promptly and accurately.
• Collaborate with chiropractors and other team members to support integrated care.
• Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment and follow clinic policies.
• Educate clients on self-care strategies and contribute to a positive patient experience.
• Support occasional clinic events or promotions as needed.
