Position Overview

Zona Azul Wellness is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) who is passionate about both client care and contributing to the daily operations of our wellness clinic. This is a full-time position that combines hands-on massage therapy services with front desk and administrative responsibilities.

When not actively providing massage services, the LMT will serve as a key member of our front office team, helping create an exceptional patient experience and ensuring smooth clinic operations. We are looking for someone who is proactive, dependable, team-oriented, and excited to support all aspects of the business.

Responsibilities

Massage Therapy Duties

• Perform therapeutic massage services tailored to each client's needs
• Conduct client consultations and wellness assessments
• Maintain accurate treatment notes and documentation
• Educate clients on recovery, wellness, and treatment recommendations
• Promote rebooking and long-term wellness plans

Front Desk & Clinic Operations Duties

When not performing massage services, the LMT will assist with front desk and clinic operations, including:

• Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic calendar
• Answering phone calls and responding to client inquiries
• Greeting and checking in patients
• Scanning, organizing, and maintaining patient charts and records
• Answering questions about services, memberships, and products
• Assisting with retail product sales and recommendations
• Processing payments and completing checkout procedures
• Supporting daily opening, closing, and clinic housekeeping tasks
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the facility
• Assisting Medical Assistants and Providers as needed
• Supporting overall clinic workflow and patient experience

Ideal Candidate

• Active Texas Massage Therapy License

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
