Job summary

Hand and Stone in Stone Oak is hiring massage therapists to design personalized treatment plans and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will foster a welcoming, professional atmosphere while promoting memberships and referrals.

We offer training, a steady client flow, and a supportive team culture. Both part-time and full-time roles are available, with comprehensive benefits and ongoing education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Swedish Massage.
• Knowledge of other modalities preferred (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-natal, Craniosacral, Deep Tissue), but not required. Hand and Stone offers training in all modalities to our team members!
• Communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Design specific treatment plans based on client's individual needs.
• Create an excellent experience for members/guests through a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Generate new clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships.
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
