Job summary

Excelsia Injury Care in Pennsylvania seeks a Massage Therapist to provide personalized care to patients suffering from acute pain after traumatic injuries. Patients are prescribed massage by the treating chiropractor, and you will build rapport to improve overall quality of life through effective treatment.

This role is paid by hour. You will prepare and sanitize the massage room, communicate with patients and staff, deliver care tailored to each injury, and may cross-train as PR/MA/CA to assist

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Massage Therapy license is required.
• Experience working with musculoskeletal injuries is preferred.
• At least two years of experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the massage room.
• Sanitize the massage room in between patients and at the end of a shift.
• Communicate with patients, coworkers, and ordering Chiropractor.
• Deliver personalized care to patients, depending on their injuries and needs.
• Cross-trained as PR/MA/CA and assist with other tasks when not working with a massage patient.
• Arrive to work punctually.
• Other duties as assigned.
