Massage Envy Brick is seeking Licensed Massage Therapists to join our team, delivering high-quality therapeutic bodywork while focusing on client needs. Our location offers a supportive environment that promotes professional growth and excellent client experiences.

We provide competitive base pay of $23.00–$27.00 per hour plus tips, bonuses, and commissions, with comprehensive benefits for full-time staff, including employer-paid health plans and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Satisfy licensing requirements to perform services in state/county/city.
• Have a minimum of 500 hours of massage therapy school and a certificate of completion.
• Have a genuine passion for improving the lives of others.
• Are excited to build on their bodywork mastery with different protocols and products (like Total Body Stretch, Rapid Tension Relief, and more).

Responsabilités

• Perform quality, therapeutic bodywork that meets clients' needs.
• Communicate with clients to identify their needs and set clear expectations.
• Stay connected to clients throughout each session to achieve the goals of each service.
• Recommend follow-up visits and additional services to help clients pursue their wellness goals.
