Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Completion of an accredited massage therapy program is required.
• Current state license in massage therapy is required.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Liability insurance coverage is required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Swedish massage is required.
• Experience with additional modalities is a plus; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on client needs.
• Provide exceptional service with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Encourage repeat business through referrals and membership promotions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and common areas.
• Comply with all company policies, licensing regulations, and safety protocols.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
