Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a licensed Massage Therapist to provide a range of massage services aligned with guest fitness programs and overall well-being. The role focuses on building relationships across LifeSpa and Salon teams and educating guests on benefits of massage therapy.

You will design sessions around guest needs, suggest recurring massage schedules, and contribute to a superior, professional LifeSpa experience within the club environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed massage therapist in good standing.
• Ability to perform all massage modalities.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic LifeSpa/ LifeTime offerings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greets and services members in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provides massage therapy sessions meeting clients' specific needs.
• Develops and maintains personalized relationships with clients.
• Educates clients on LifeSpa products, services and treatments.
• Maintains LifeSpa appearance and cleanliness.
• Performs as an expert in muscle and body analysis and maintenance regimens.
• Promotes massage services and encourages repeat visits.
• Keeps current with certifications and trends in the industry.
