Job summary

Jasper Float Spa & Wellness Center is seeking a LMT/Licensed Massage Therapist to provide high-quality therapeutic and relaxation massage tailored to individual clients. The role starts as a part-time independent contractor (1099) with a 90-day introductory period, and may transition to a W-2 employee based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Active state massage therapy license is required.
• Graduate of an accredited massage therapy program.
• Strong communication and client care skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, sports, hot stone, and lymphatic drainage massages as trained.
• Conduct thorough client consultations and discuss treatment plans.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on client assessments and goals.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records and progress notes.
• Uphold state licensing requirements, health regulations, and spa policies.
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure cleanliness and sanitation.
• Educate clients on benefits, aftercare, and wellness recommendations.
• Promote spa services and retail products professionally.
• Collaborate with front desk and spa team for smooth operations.
