Job summary

Elements Therapeutic Massage is seeking unique massage therapists to join a supportive, therapist-focused team where you can bring your own touch to every session.

Full-time MTs earn $54K–$72K per year plus tips, with monthly bonus incentives, paid liability insurance, PTO, and comprehensive health, vision, and dental coverage. We also offer 401K match, mental health support, ongoing training, and flexible scheduling to sustain your career.

Qualifications

• Must have completed (or be completing) a Massage Therapist program.
• Must hold or be in the process of obtaining a license or certification.
• Must be fully licensed/certified to perform Massage Therapy prior to sessions.
• We love to speak with students, inexperienced, and experienced massage therapists with a wide variety of experience from private, medical massage therapy, resort spa / medical spa experience, and much more.

Responsibilities

• Perform massage therapy sessions in the Elements studio.
• Maintain licensure/certification and adhere to studio standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and focus on therapist self-care.
