Job summary

FGG Spa, LLC is hiring full-time Massage Therapists at Monroe, NC. You will deliver personalized Swedish massage, maintain licensure, and provide outstanding client experiences to drive repeat visits and positive reviews.

Base pay ranges $20–$25 per 50-minute massage with an uncapped commission ($5–$9 per 50-minute massage) and typical total compensation between $65,000 and $88,000 for 30 service hours per week, including tips and bonuses. Training and advancement opportunities are available.
