Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is hiring Therapists to deliver Swedish and European-style massage therapies at a busy NYC-area spa. You will tailor each session to client needs, educate on benefits, and build lasting plans with a skilled, supportive team.

Join a locally owned spa with strong client demand, flexible full-time and part-time schedules, and opportunities to advance while earning commissions plus tips. We provide all supplies and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Current NYS Massage Therapy license in accordance with state and local regulations.
• Professional, reliable, and client-focused.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible days, evenings, and/or weekends.
• Passion for helping people feel their best.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional Swedish and/or European-style massage services.
• Customize each session based on the client's individual needs and wellness goals.
• Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage therapy as part of their overall wellness routine.
• Recommend treatment plans that encourage long-term health and client retention.
• Maintain accurate and detailed treatment notes.
• Deliver every service with professionalism, compassion, and exceptional customer care.
• Collaborate with our team to provide an outstanding spa experience.
