Job summary

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Arlington North is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist. Design customized treatment plans, deliver massage for pain relief, stress reduction, and relaxation, and build meaningful relationships with clients.

We provide 12 CE credits with new-hire training, ongoing education, consistent clientele, full-time and part-time opportunities, front desk scheduling, and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Active state Massage Therapy License is required.
• Current massage liability insurance is required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Knowledge of Swedish Massage is required.
• Experience with Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Reiki or other modalities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design customized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
• Deliver exceptional massage experiences to encourage repeat visits.
• Educate clients on wellness and treatment recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and professionalism in treatment rooms and common areas.
