Elements Massage Salem is a family-owned studio dedicated to kindness and respect. We are hiring massage therapists of all experience levels to join our team and help provide a welcoming, high-quality massage experience for our clients.

We offer pay $45 - $60/hour including tips, license and insurance reimbursement, paid time off, referral bonuses, paid training, CEUs, complimentary monthly massage, and health/dental insurance.

Qualifications

• Must have completed (or be in the process of completing) a Massage Therapist program.
• Must hold or be in the process of obtaining a license or certification.
• Must be fully licensed/certified to perform Massage Therapy prior to performing sessions at the studio.
• We welcome students, inexperienced, and experienced therapists with a wide variety of backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform massage therapy sessions according to studio standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable treatment space.
• Adhere to licensing requirements and ongoing education expectations.
