Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Fleming Island, FL is seeking a passionate Florida Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. This role offers a client-focused environment where your craft is valued and growth is encouraged.

You will perform Swedish and deep tissue sessions, conduct intake consultations, maintain a clean treatment room, and educate clients on benefits and service frequencies. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Massage Therapy License (LMT) in good standing.
• Experience performing Swedish, deep tissue, and other therapeutic massage modalities.
• Strong interpersonal and client communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Commitment to ongoing education and staying current with industry techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of therapeutic massage services including Swedish, deep tissue, and specialty treatments.
• Conduct client intake consultations to assess needs and customize each session accordingly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment room environment.
• Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage therapy and recommend appropriate service frequencies.
• Uphold professional standards and adhere to all Florida massage therapy regulations and guidelines.
• Collaborate with front desk staff to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.
• Promote membership programs and retail products to enhance client wellness goals.
