Job summary

Hand & Stone in Plymouth/Maple Grove is seeking licensed massage therapists to design custom treatment plans and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Join a friendly team focused on healing and relaxation.

Qualified therapists will hold an active Minnesota license, carry liability insurance, and demonstrate strong communication with clients and staff. Training in multiple modalities is provided to expand skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain a massage therapy license in Plymouth or Maple Grove.
• Ability to carry liability insurance (e.g., ABMP, AMTA).
• Must communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Knowledge of Swedish massage is required.

Responsibilities

• Design specific massage treatment plans based on a client’s individual needs.
• Create an excellent experience for members/guests through a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Generate new clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships.
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
