Hand & Stone New Bern is seeking compassionate Massage Therapists to join our founding team. Earn $30-$50 per 50-minute service, including tips and enhancement commissions, with access to ongoing training and a steady client base.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina Massage Therapy License
• Ability to maintain massage therapy liability insurance

Responsibilities

• Provide customized massage treatments based on each client's individual needs
• Create exceptional experiences that encourage long-term client relationships
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation
• Follow North Carolina licensure requirements, spa policies, and Hand & Stone protocols
• Maintain professional and clean treatment rooms and common areas
• Collaborate with Spa Associates, Estheticians, fellow Massage Therapists, and spa leadership
• Deliver safe, professional, and results-oriented services
