Archetype in Birmingham, AL is seeking a licensed Massage Therapist to join a fast-paced clinic. You will deliver eight-minute focused massages on the chiropractic floor, aligning sessions with the chiropractor's care plan and patient needs.

The ideal candidate holds a state license with liability insurance, communicates clearly, and works well in a multidisciplinary team to support clients' wellness goals.

Qualifications

• Hold current state license and liability insurance to practice massage therapy.
• Professional, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• High level of ethics and integrity.
• Experience in therapeutic, clinical, sports, or deep tissue massage preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide focused, professional eight minute targeted massages on the chiropractic floor.
• Adapt each session to the patient's needs and the chiropractor's recommendations.
• Maintain appropriate sanitation and professional standards.
• Communicate effectively with patients, chiropractor's, and other team members.
• Build relationships with clients to assist them with meeting their wellness goals.
• Help create a welcoming, efficient, experience for every patient.
• Maintain proper SOAP notes
