Job summary

Life Time offers a Massage Therapist role focused on delivering diverse massage services that support guests’ wellness and fitness experiences within our LifeTime clubs. You’ll educate clients on benefits, build lasting relationships, and collaborate across departments to ensure a premium guest experience.

The role emphasizes personalized sessions, ongoing education, and promoting repeat visits, with a base wage aligned to minimum wage plus incentive pay between 15% and 55% based on productivity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Massage Therapy License required.
• Ability to perform all massage types as trained.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and commissions.
• Knowledge of basic PC operating.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greets and services members professionally.
• Provides individualized massage services to meet client needs.
• Develops and maintains client relationships.
• Educates clients on LifeTime products and services.
• Maintains club appearance and cleanliness.
• Keeps up with certifications and industry trends.
• Promotes massage services to encourage repeat visits.
• Collaborates with LifeSpa and Salon team to deliver superior experience.
