Job summary

FX Well in Dallas, TX seeks a Massage Therapist to deliver high-quality massage services to guests and support brand standards. You will greet clients, perform consultations, and tailor treatments to individual needs while upholding sanitation and safety protocols.

A professional, team-oriented approach is required to ensure a consistently exceptional guest experience. You will work on-site, maintain TX licensure and CPR certification, and contribute to service and retail goals through upselling

Qualifications

• Licensed and registered by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
• Must maintain required continuing education credits.
• Must maintain a current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and perform a consultation prior to service.
• Provide Swedish, Deep tissue, and other massage modalities as needed.
• Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor and consistent FX Well presentation.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation standards per FX Well and Texas regulations.
• Promote FX Well services and retail products through upselling.
• Meet weekly and monthly service and retail goals and communicate outcomes.
