Chesterfield offers a competitive base rate and UNcapped commission structure! Our full-time, high-performing Massage Therapists typically earn an average total annual compensation of up to $88,000, based on 30 service hours per week.

- Bi-weekly pay with tips paid out the same day

- Massage license renewal reimbursement up to 100% for full time team members
- Continuing education support, including partnerships with both AMTA and ABMP.
- Competitive base rate per 50-minute Swedish massage
- Uncapped commission per upgrade, the more you do the more you earn
- Tips averaging 18%–25%+
- Average credit card tips of $20–$30 per base service, with even more on upgrades!
