Job summary

Equinox in Austin, TX seeks licensed massage therapists for both part-time and full-time positions. The role involves delivering multi-modality massage therapies, building client programs, and contributing to a collaborative, high‑standard wellness environment.

The successful candidate will perform varied massage modalities, analyze client needs, and maintain room hygiene and regulatory compliance. Equinox offers competitive pay, benefits, and access to its member community.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid TX license or certification.
• Ability to generate new business and retain clients with treatment programs.
• Evening and weekend availability required (part-time and full-time).
• In-depth understanding of anatomy and movement in relation to soft tissue manipulation.

• Willingness to learn and maintain positive energy.
• Ethical conduct and professional integrity.

Responsibilities

• Perform 25, 50, 80, and 110-minute deep tissue, sports, prenatal and Swedish massages in a professional setting.
• Analyze client needs and create a tailored treatment plan.
• Ensure the treatment room is cleaned after each session and at shift end.
• Maintain compliance with state regulatory boards regarding intake forms, waivers, and SOAP notes.

The Licensed Massage Therapist’s job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
