Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their physical conditions and massage therapy goals
• Perform sports and deep tissue massage techniques to address specific client needs, including injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance enhancement
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client requirements
• Arrive at appointments on time and perform services within the appropriate time allotted for the service
• Communicate and develop good working relationships with staff and repeat clients
• Provide excellent customer service and massage services to all clientele
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including progress notes and treatment plans
• Process client payment for additional services rendered outside of membership plan
• Clean treatment room between clients and set up the treatment room for the next client in accordance with standard set-up requirements
• Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all policies, service procedures, and standards
• Regularly attend, participate in, and support training and staff meetings for the spa
• Stay updated on the latest massage therapy techniques, industry trends, and best practices
