Job summary

Massage Envy Tinley Park is seeking licensed massage therapists to join our team. We offer competitive base pay of $22.00–$27.00 per hour, plus tips, bonuses, and commissions, with full-time benefits. A sign-on bonus is available for full-time roles.

You'll perform therapeutic bodywork, communicate effectively with clients, and guide follow-up visits to support wellness goals. We provide extensive training, education opportunities, and a supportive leadership culture.

Qualifications

• Licensed to perform massage in the relevant state/county/city.
• Minimum 500 hours in massage therapy school with certificate of completion.
• Demonstrates genuine passion for improving clients' lives.
• Eager to build on bodywork mastery with different protocols and products.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality, therapeutic bodywork that meets clients' needs.
• Communicate with clients to identify their needs and set clear expectations.
• Stay connected to clients throughout each session to achieve the goals of each service.
• Recommend follow-up visits and additional services to help clients pursue their wellness goals.
