Seeking a talented and experienced Licensed Massage Therapist to work at a spa in Tempe, AZ.

At Astonished! Massage & Facial Spa LLC, we are a therapist‑led company that empowers our therapists to choose how each session is performed, rather than following a corporate cookie‑cutter approach. Your skills and judgment will be central to delivering personalized massage experiences.

Responsibilities: Provide bodywork and related services to clients, tailoring each session to the client’s needs using your own knowledge and skill set.

Pay & Benefits: Starting pay is $30 per hour of bodywork; you keep 100% of your tips. Full‑time therapists (35+ hours per week) qualify for medical insurance reimbursement. Raises and bonuses are awarded based on performance and length of employment.

Our spa is open 7 days a week, with peak business on Friday through Sunday. We value weekend availability from therapists.
