Job summary

Olympic Sports & Spine is seeking Licensed Massage Therapists to join our clinics in Parkland and South Hill. The role emphasizes a guaranteed, consistent income through full-time equivalent pay, with downtime paid, plus a $3,000 sign-on bonus and excellent benefits.

Therapists will perform Swedish, Sports, and Deep Tissue massage for work-injury patients while adhering to a capped daily patient load to protect health. CPR/First Aid and WA licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Graduation certificate from an accredited school of Massage Therapy.
• Current Washington Massage Therapist License (or license applicant status).
• Current CPR & First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic massage to OSS work injury patients.
• Follow techniques such as Swedish, Sports, and Deep Tissue Massage.
• Work at OSS clinics in Parkland and South Hill; limited daily massage to six patients.

The Olympic Sports & Spine model is a bit different. We guarantee your regular scheduled pay each week for massage therapists based on your full-time equivalent status, regardless of how many patients you see. Yes, all Massage Therapists are paid for downtime. So you can count on a dependable, predictable income.

Guaranteed Limits on Daily Work!

Massage Therapists are limited to a maximum of 6 patients per eight-hour day. Regardless of patient volume, Olympic Sports & Spine is committed to limiting the job's physical demands on the therapist in the interest of employee health.

At OSS, our massage therapists are responsible for offering therapeutic massage therapy to OSS work injury patients. OSS requires that massage therapists provide treatment using conventional techniques such as Swedish, Sports, and Deep Tissue Massage.

We are seeking part-time or full-time Licensed Massage Therapists to join our team at the following OSS clinic locations:

• Parkland
• South Hill

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must possess a graduation certificate from an accredited school of Massage Therapy.
• Current Washington Massage Therapist License (or license applicant status)
• Current CPR & First Aid certification
