Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa – Spring is seeking a professional Massage Therapist for long-term employment at our Spring location. The role focuses on delivering high-quality massage and facial services, promoting member referrals, and maintaining a clean, professional studio environment.

Qualifications

• Maintain an active Texas massage therapist license.
• Carry massage therapy liability insurance.
• Team-player personality.
• Excellent customer service skills and work ethic.
• Able to work weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Create an excellent experience for members/guests through a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Generate new clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships.
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
• Provide excellent, top-tier services using your valuable skills. Develop and propose client treatment plans unique to their individual needs
• Provide clients with guidance and information about the benefits of massage as an integral part of their overall wellness program
• Maintain detailed treatment records
