Job summary

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is hiring Massage Therapists for our Spring, TX location. The role focuses on delivering high-quality massage services, maintaining a clean, welcoming space, and building client relationships through referrals and memberships.

We offer flexible scheduling, opportunities for advancement, comprehensive training, and a professional work environment with all supplies provided. Weekend and evening availability is preferred to accommodate member needs.

Qualifications

• Active Texas massage therapist license required.
• Carry massage therapy liability insurance.
• Excellent customer service skills and work ethic.
• Able to work weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Create an excellent experience for members/guests with a friendly attitude.
• Generate new clientele by promoting referrals and memberships.
• Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.

Position Responsibilities:

• Create an excellent experience for members/guests through a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Generate new clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships.
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
• Provide excellent, top-tier services using your valuable skills. Develop and propose client treatment plans unique to their individual needs
• Provide clients with guidance and information about the benefits of massage as an integral part of their overall wellness program
• Maintain detailed treatment records
