Job summary

Massage Envy in Illinois is seeking Licensed Massage Therapists (LMT) to join our team with immediate need for weekday afternoons/evenings and weekends. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with strong opportunities for growth and a supportive work culture focused on client well-being.

You will perform therapeutic bodywork, align sessions to client goals, and explore additional services to enhance wellness while enjoying benefits like health insurance, a retirement plan, paid time

Qualifications

• Satisfy all licensing requirements to perform services in Illinois
• Have a minimum of 500 hours of massage therapy school and a certificate of completion
• Have a genuine passion for improving the lives of others
• Are excited to build on their bodywork mastery with different protocols and products

Responsibilities

• Perform quality, therapeutic bodywork that meets clients' needs
• Communicate with clients to identify their needs and set clear expectations
• Stay connected to clients throughout each session to achieve the goals of each service
• Recommend follow-up visits and additional services to help clients pursue their wellness goals

IMMEDIATE NEED for weekday afternoons and evenings till 8pm or 9pm and weekends till 6pm! Extremely limited morning daytime availability.

Firm to deep tissue knowledge PREFERRED, limited space for Light/Med pressure therapists.
