Job summary

Massage Envy is seeking a licensed massage therapist in New York to join our Bayside and Park Slope locations. You will perform various modalities, consult with clients, and tailor treatment plans while maintaining a calm, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Massage Therapy License in the state of practice.
• Completion of an accredited massage therapy program.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and massage techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to maintain a calm and welcoming environment.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Perform a variety of massage modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, and other therapies.
• Conduct client consultations to determine techniques and plans.
• Maintain proper draping and client privacy at all times.
• Ensure rooms are clean, organized, and sanitized before and after services.
• Educate clients on benefits and wellness plans.
• Promote clinic services and products when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate treatment notes and client records.
• Follow all policies, safety guidelines, and licensing regulations.
• Work collaboratively with spa staff for an exceptional client experience.
• Satisfies all licensing requirements to perform services in New York
• Have a genuine passion for helping others look and feel their best.

Responsibilities
