Job summary

Avance Consulting is seeking a Dual License Therapist (Esthetician / Massage Therapist) to deliver skin and body treatments to a steady client base in a wellness setting.

This role requires active LMT and Facial Specialist licenses, hands-on experience with facials and HydraFacials, and a client-focused approach. Weekend availability is required, and you will work with a supportive team to maintain cleanliness and high standards.

Qualifications

• Active Massage Therapist (LMT) license and Facial Specialist license (or Full Specialist / Cosmetology license).
• Hands-on experience performing facials and body treatments; HydraFacial experience preferred.
• Calm, attentive, and professional demeanor; strong communication; time management.

Responsibilities

• Perform holistic facials, advanced facial treatments (such as HydraFacials), and body treatments following established protocols.
• Consult with clients to customize treatments based on individual skin types, concerns, and goals.
• Recommend appropriate home care products from our clean beauty line to complement in-room treatments.
• Maintain detailed treatment notes to track client progress and ensure continuity of care across visits.
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, tools, and equipment to high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Coordinate with the front desk team to ensure smooth scheduling and punctual appointments.

Qualifications
