Role Description

The Licensed Massage Therapist is a full-time, on-site role based at Happie Soul Wellness in Mechanicsburg, PA. This team member provides a range of therapeutic and holistic massage services tailored to each client’s needs, including relaxation, pain relief, and stress management. Daily responsibilities include conducting intake assessments, explaining treatment plans, performing high-quality massage sessions, and maintaining accurate client records. The therapist collaborates with other wellness professionals to support integrated care, ensures a clean and safe treatment environment, and upholds all professional, ethical, and regulatory standards. Additional duties include educating clients on self-care practices, supporting wellness programs and workshops, and contributing to a welcoming, client-centered experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency in therapeutic massage modalities, including body massage techniques and stress management-focused treatments.
• Experience or training in specialized approaches such as Shiatsu and other holistic or energy-informed massage practices.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build trust, listen actively, and communicate clearly and compassionately.
• Current state license as a Massage Therapist in Pennsylvania (or eligibility to obtain), with up-to-date liability insurance.
