Role Description

The Licensed Massage Therapist is a full-time, on-site role based at You! Wellness & Med Spa in Madison, MS. This team member delivers high-quality therapeutic and relaxation massage services tailored to individual client needs, supporting pain relief, stress reduction, and overall wellness. Daily responsibilities include conducting client consultations, recommending appropriate massage techniques, maintaining accurate treatment notes, and collaborating with other wellness and aesthetic professionals. The role also involves preparing treatment rooms, adhering to safety and hygiene standards, and contributing to a welcoming, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Strong client-focused skills, including Customer Service and the ability to create a comfortable, respectful, and inclusive experience.
• Proficiency in Therapeutic Massage techniques, with the ability to adapt sessions to individual client needs and wellness goals.
