Job summary

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Kennett Square is seeking licensed massage therapists to join our staffed, membership‑based studio. You’ll perform Swedish, Deep Tissue, and therapeutic sessions, following individualized treatment plans to help clients reduce pain and stress while building lasting client relationships.

We provide marketing, scheduling, supplies, ongoing education, and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Active Massage Therapy License required or eligible for licensure.
• Customer service oriented and reliable with clients.
• Team oriented with professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Perform customized Swedish, Deep Tissue, and therapeutic sessions.
• Develop treatment plans based on client goals and needs.
• Educate clients on benefits of routine massage therapy.
• Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits.
• Maintain accurate SOAP notes and treatment documentation.

What You’ll Do

As a Massage Therapist, you'll help clients reduce pain, manage stress, improve mobility, and prioritize their overall wellness through customized treatment plans and therapeutic care.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing customized Swedish, Deep Tissue, and therapeutic massage sessions
• Developing treatment plans based on each client's goals and needs
• Educating clients on the benefits of routine massage therapy
• Building strong relationships that encourage repeat visits and long‑term wellness outcomes
