Job summary

The NOW Massage in Houston is seeking a part-time massage therapist to share the healing power of touch and provide therapeutic massage across modalities including Prenatal, Sports, and Stretching Techniques.

Maintain the service room to standards with all supplies provided; candidates may be starting their careers in massage therapy and should have the right qualities and innate talent for therapeutic massage.

Qualifications

• License/certification required in state of practice.
• Knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage and other modalities.
• Availability during prime earning periods including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 6 hours.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill room resetting tasks and all massage service protocols.

• Availability during prime earning potential periods including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 6 hours in length. Length of time of these tasks may vary from day to day and task to task.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill room resetting tasks and all massage service protocols. Requires grasping, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening, and hearing ability and visual acuity.
• Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment.
