Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Estero, FL is seeking a Florida Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our team. This role focuses on providing Swedish, deep tissue, and specialty therapies in a professional, client-centered environment where your craft is valued.

You will assess client needs, tailor sessions, and educate clients on treatment benefits. Flexibility with evenings and weekends is preferred to accommodate our clients' schedules.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Massage Therapy License (LMT) in good standing.
• Experience performing Swedish, deep tissue, and other modalities.
• Strong interpersonal and client communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Commitment to ongoing education and staying current with industry techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of therapeutic massage services including Swedish, deep tissue, and specialty treatments.
• Conduct client intake consultations to assess needs and customize each session accordingly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment room environment.
• Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage therapy and recommend appropriate service frequencies.
• Uphold professional standards and adhere to Florida massage therapy regulations and guidelines.
• Collaborate with front desk staff to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.
• Promote membership programs and retail products to enhance client wellness goals.
