Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) | Orthopedic & Therapeutic Massage

NW Orthopaedic Massage — Edmonds, WA

Part-time | Friday, Saturday, and/or evening availability

NW Orthopaedic Massage is an independently owned clinic focused on evidence-based care, holistically delivered. We help clients with injuries, chronic pain, movement limitations, and recovery before and after surgery.

We’re looking for a Washington-licensed massage therapist who enjoys thoughtful, treatment-focused work. You’ll listen to clients’ goals, provide skilled hands‑on care, and adjust treatment as they progress. This role is a strong fit for an LMT interested in orthopedic massage, sports injuries, manual therapy, and movement.

What you’ll do

• Provide individualized therapeutic and orthopedic massage.
• Assess client needs and develop treatment goals within your scope of practice.
• Document treatment and client response clearly.
• Communicate with clients and collaborate with other providers when appropriate.
• Offer practical guidance that supports clients between visits.

What we’re looking for

• An active Washington State massage therapist license.
• Strong anatomy knowledge and clinical reasoning.
• Clear communication, dependable documentation, and a patient-centered approach.
• Interest or experience in injury care, chronic pain, sports massage, or post‑surgical recovery.
• A willingness to learn and collaborate.

Experience with PIP or L&I cases is helpful, but we can provide guidance on our clinic processes.

Schedule and compensation

This is a part‑time employee position, with a particular need for Friday, Saturday, and evening availability.

• $55–$65 per hour of hands‑on treatment, depending on experience.
• Scheduled work time between clients, including documentation and other assigned duties, paid at the applicable minimum wage.
• Short‑term disability benefit.
• Continuing education reimbursement after a qualifying period of employment, with the amount based on length of service.
