Job summary

Massage Envy - Clayton Valley in California seeks a licensed massage therapist to grow with a supportive team. You will perform therapeutic bodywork, communicate client needs, and guide sessions to meet wellness goals while delivering exceptional care.

We offer a $1,200 new hire bonus for full-time LMTs, competitive hourly pay with base $21-$30/hr plus tips, PTO, student loan reimbursement, benefits, CE opportunities, and friendly, flexible scheduling.

• Must have 500+ hours massage therapy program and certificate.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality therapeutic bodywork meeting client needs.

Qualified Candidates

• Have a minimum of 500 hours of massage therapy school and a certificate of completion
• Satisfies all licensing requirements to perform services in California

Day-to-Day

• Perform quality, therapeutic bodywork that meets clients' needs
• Communicate with clients to identify their needs and set clear expectations
• Stay connected to clients throughout each session to achieve the goals of each service
• Recommend follow-up visits and additional services to help clients pursue their wellness goals
