Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa Colorado Springs North is hiring a Licensed Massage Therapist to design personalized treatment plans, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and grow the client base through referrals and memberships.

Qualifications

• Active CO massage license in good standing.
• Carry massage liability insurance.
• Knowledge of Swedish Massage required.
• Knowledge of other modalities preferred (Trigger Point, Pre-Natal, Deep Tissue) but not required.
• Able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management and staff.

Responsibilities

• Design specific treatment plans based on the client's individual needs.
• Create an excellent experience for members/guests through a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Generate new clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships.
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.

• Understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.
• Hand and Stone offers training in all modalities to our team members!
