Job summary

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Clearwater offers massage therapy, facials, and bodywork with a focus on exceptional client experiences. We provide continued education, supplies, and a collaborative team atmosphere in a franchise setting.

We offer a $1,000 sign-on bonus for qualifying applicants, with a compensation range of $30.00–$45.00 per hour. Join a growing brand with flexible full-time or part-time opportunities and a supportive, team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Must adhere to state licensing laws and regulations.
• Must carry liability insurance.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff.
• Knowledge of Swedish Massage required.
• Knowledge of other modalities preferred (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, Deep Tissue), but not required.
• Understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.
• The way we set our pay range for this posting is what our LMTs average per hour including enhanced treatments. Including tip.

Our spa has been open since Nov 2021 & we are growing! Our spa is located in the Clearwater Mall shopping plaza. We are located right next to Burlington & are across from Panera. We do what we can to make sure we are giving our clients an exceptional experience every time they visit us. We pride ourselves with having a friendly staff & awesome client base!
