• Provide professional massage and spa services on-site at FFC Gold Coast
• Create therapeutic treatment plans for clients
• Maintain accurate SOAP notes and documentation
• Assist with client and member retention through excellent service
• Follow up with clients effectively and professionally
• Maintain a clean and safe treatment area
• Collaborate with team to deliver high-quality wellness experiences

Compensation:

Commission is $36.50-$44 per hour based on experience

What you'll do:

• Play an active role in client and member retention
• Effectively and professionally follow-up with clients
• Create therapeutic treatment plans for clients
• Complete, file, and maintain accurate and effective SOAP notes
• Make appropriate at-home care suggestions
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Providing massage and spa services
