Job summary

Elements Massage of Dayton & Columbus is seeking licensed massage therapists to join a therapist-focused environment. Ownership by an Occupational Therapist-principal ensures a supportive, nurturing culture that values wellness and collaboration.

The role offers full-time schedules, career advancement opportunities, paid CEUs, benefits, and employee ownership as the practice grows.

Qualifications

• Must have completed (or in the process of completing) a Massage Therapist program.
• Must hold or be in the process of obtaining licensure through the Ohio Medical Board.
• We love to speak with students and experienced massage therapists.
• Must want to be part of a thriving team and continue to grow as a therapist.

Responsibilities

• Booking, equipment/tools, marketing and other support processes handled for you.
• Flexible scheduling (optional 15 minutes between sessions, breaks).
• Paid CEUs online and in-person.
