Job summary

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Cartersville invites licensed massage therapists to join a national franchise known for massage, facials, and a strong member base. You will design personalized treatment plans, deliver a welcoming guest experience, and promote memberships to grow the studio’s community.

We provide ongoing education, all supplies, and a supportive team culture that feels like a second family.

Qualifications

• Must adhere to state licensing laws and regulations.
• Must carry liability insurance.
• Must be able to work evenings and at least one weekend day each week.
• Knowledge of Swedish Massage required.
• Knowledge of other modalities preferred (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, Deep Tissue), but not required.
• Understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.

Responsibilities

• Design specific treatment plans based on client's individual needs.
• Create an excellent experience for members/guests through a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Generate new clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships.
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
