Job summary

Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa Brandon is hiring Licensed Massage Therapists for our busy Brandon location. We offer a flexible schedule with full-time and part-time opportunities, a sign-on bonus up to $1,000, and a strong benefits package to support your career and client care.

You will design personalized treatment plans, perform Swedish massage and other modalities, maintain a clean, professional space, and help grow our member base through referrals and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Active Florida massage license required in good standing.
• Carry massage liability insurance.
• Knowledge of Swedish massage required; other modalities preferred.
• Hand and Stone offers in-house training for modalities.

Responsibilities

• Design specific treatment plans based on client's individual needs.
• Create an excellent experience for members/guests through a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Generate new clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships.
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.

Skills

Active FL massage license

Job Requirements

• Active FL massage license, in good standing


• Carry massage liability insurance.


• Be able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff.


• Knowledge of Swedish Massage required.


• Knowledge of other various modalities preferred (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, Deep Tissue), but not required. Hand and Stone offer training in all modalities to our team members!


• Understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.
