Elements Massage in Bellmore is hiring Licensed Massage Therapists to care for hundreds of loyal members. New grads, students awaiting boards, and experienced LMTs are all welcome to apply.

You will deliver customized therapeutic massage to members, assess needs, and coordinate with a team. Shifts are Thursday–Sunday with evenings and weekends, offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus for availability during those times.

Qualifications

• Must have completed massage therapy program.
• Current massage therapy license or in progress.
• NYS Office of the Professions registration (assistance available if needed).
• Availability Thursday–Sunday, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customized therapeutic massage (Swedish, deep tissue, or any certified modality) to members and guests.
• Assess client needs and recommend enhancements/upgrades.
• Keep treatment room clean and welcoming.
• Keep accurate SOAP notes and coordinate with the team.

Earn $60–$70/hour with tips, plus extra pay for enhancements, at Elements Massage in Bellmore. You set your own shift length and breaks. Thursday–Sunday shifts with evening and weekend hours, plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

What you'll earn

• $40–$50 per hour of service, based on experience
• Gratuities averaging $20/hour, for $60–$70/hour total
• Enhancement pay: earn $2–$10 more for every enhancement added to your session (for example, +$2 for aromatherapy, +$7.50 for hot stone)
• $1,000 sign-on bonus available for evening or weekend availability

Your schedule, your way

• You choose your shift length: 4 hours, 8 hours, or anything in between
• You choose your breaks: a 30-minute break every 2 hours, an hour break mid-shift, or whatever works for your body

What you need

• Reliability, professionalism and a client-first attitude
