Job summary

Ojas Massage & Skin Care in Maryland is seeking Massage Therapists to join a team that values career growth and client relationships. You’ll provide customized therapeutic massage, consult with clients about needs, review health information, and build a lasting book of regular clients.

Massage Therapists can earn up to a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

COMPENSATION

Massage Therapists can earn $48–$80 per treatment hour, including base compensation and gratuity, with opportunities to earn more for weekend shifts.

We also believe great work should be recognized, with performance-based opportunities for increased compensation.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an Ojas Massage Therapist, you'll provide customized therapeutic massage services while creating an exceptional experience for every client.

You’ll consult with clients about their needs, review relevant health information, customize each massage accordingly, maintain accurate SOAP notes, and follow Ojas standards for safety, professionalism, room preparation, and client care.

Most importantly, you'll have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with clients who truly value massage - helping you establish a strong, loyal clientele of your own.

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

You don't have to figure everything out on your own.

Our hands-on training teaches the Ojas approach to client care and gives you continued support as you develop your skills and clientele.

We also provide continuing education opportunities to help you grow professionally and maintain your massage license.
