Massage Heights in Abilene, TX is seeking licensed massage therapists who value care and hospitality. Join a team that emphasizes ongoing training, supportive leadership, and a culture where guests feel valued and refreshed.

Responsibilities include providing customized full-body sessions, incorporating hot stones, cupping, hemp and aromatherapy, building client relationships, and educating guests about services and products.

Qualifications

• Hold current state license and liability insurance to practice massage therapy.
• Capable of effectively performing full body 50-minute massage services.
• Excels in team environments.
• Excellent at guest communication.
• Availability to work some nights and weekends (our busiest times).
• Pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Combine your skills and techniques alongside the modalities we offer to give a customized service tailored to each guest.
• Ability to offer each guest an enhanced experience using Hot Stones, Cupping, Hemp and Aromatherapy.
• Perform and recommend protocols with consistency and compliance with brand standards
• Promote therapeutic benefits of regular massage therapy
• Build relationships with your clientele to help them meet their self-care goals
• Confidently, knowledgeably educate guests about services, products, and programs
